Order Processing

In store pick orders will be processed and ready the next day if the order is received before 4pm and all items are in stock. Out of stock and special order item may take longer. We will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Online orders are usually processed within 24 hours excluding holidays.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has shipped it can not be canceled. 

Product and Pricing

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Bobs Garden Center cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. Bobs Garden Center reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website or in store. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

Most products displayed on this site are available in store. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may be available only online or as ship to store.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. Bobs Garden Center has made a conscientious effort to display and describe its products and services on the site accurately so that you can get a good idea of their design and use, and of the services offered. We have done our best to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

While our goal is a 100% error-free site, Bobs Garden Center cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those services and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers or providers.

Product prices offered on this site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. While we do our best to assure that the taxes quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalizing and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on this website at the time of your order.

If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems.  If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, Bobs Garden Center will contact you about the price change and you will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel it. Bobs Garden Center reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Order Status

We will notify you by email when your order has shipped. If available we will provide you with a tracking number.


Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on what time we receive the order. It may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock on an item, but to minimize the wait, we may have the item drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. If we have an item that you ordered shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor, you may receive your order in two separate shipments instead of the order arriving complete. When you choose Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping, this means from the day the order leaves the warehouse.


Ship - to - Store Orders or Pickup in Store Orders

You'll need to take it back to the store where you picked it up, as long as it is within 14 days of the pick up date (some exclusion apply see below).You'll need to bring the following things with you to Bobs Garden Center store:

1. The item(s) in unused and like-new condition with original packaging unopened, parts, accessories and all paperwork.

2. A copy of your order confirmation. If you can't find it, no problem. A Bobs Garden Center Associate can find your information using your name, order number or email address.

3. A government issued form of identification.

Your refund, including the applicable sales tax, will be issued in the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase: credit/debit card or PayPal account.

Ship-to-Customer Orders

You'll need to return item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date (some exclusion apply see below). It is important that you return the merchandise with the shipping label we provide you, rather than shipping to Bobs Garden Center store, since not all items are stocked in store. Here's what you need to do:

1. Make sure the return item(s) are in unused and like-new condition with original packaging, parts, accessories and all the paperwork.

2. Email us at CustomerService@BobsGardenCenter.com or call us 609-641-6306 to let us know you are returning the product. Please have your order number (located on your packing slip) and give it to the Customer Service representative and provide the reason for your return.  An RMA # and a return-shipping label will be sent to you.

3. Write the RMA number in two places:

  • On the packing slip
  • On the return FedEx label provided to you

4. Box the item securely. Include the packing slip with RMA number. Tape the pre-printed/pre-paid FedEx return-shipping label to the outside of the box. Follow the instructions provided by Customer Service regarding how the item should be shipped back. Once we get your item(s) back, we will process your refund including applicable sales taxes. Once processed, please allow up to two weeks to see the refund on your original form of payment. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase: Credit/debit card or PayPal account. A quick word about refunding shipping charges:

  • If we sent you the wrong item, if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping charges up to the amount we authorize. (When items arrived damaged we need to be notified within 24 hours so we can file a clam with the carrier, always check shipments for damage before signing for them.)
  • If you are returning an item for any reason other than the ones stated above, all shipping charges will be billed to you and are not refundable
  • Use appropriate packaging material to get item(s) safely back to us. Please do not ship any broken lamps/glass. Any item broken in transit from the customer to Bobs garden Center, that will not be covered by the vendor, will not be covered by Bobs Garden Center.


  • Special orders items can not be returned.
  • Non stocked items may be returned at (managements discretion) for store credit and may include a restocking fee of 20% (Non stocked item refers to those items that we do not keep physical stock in our retail store location and usually ship for the manufacturer or a distributor)
  • Plants and live goods are sold as is and are final sale, plants may be returned at (managements discretion) for store credit or exchange. 
  • Holiday items can not be returned after the holiday.
